Standard booth fee includes exhibiting site, 2.5M high partition plate, a

charged by exhibition center)
●Attentions：
The exhibitor should pay 20% booth rental fee in addition if you choose
the booth or need the two-side open booth. Each exhibitor should pay RMB600 for
exhibition material, lunch and memorial etc. The exhibit transportation and
hotel reservation will be supplied according to the exhibitor
brochure.
●Participation
Procedures
The exhibitors should complete the
Application Form with signature and send or fax it to the organizer as early as
possible. At least 50% booth rental fee should be remitted to the organizer
within one week after application. The balance should be remitted before Aug 31，2008, otherwise we will consider it as cancellation. The booth
allocation is on “First come, First served” basis.
When you effect the payment, you should fax
the bank remittance receipt to us for our reference.
After receiving the application form and
booth fee, the organizing committee will send the invoice and exhibitor
brochure. The payment of booth rental fee will not be returned for any
cancellation after the application.
●Exhibition Directory：
The
organizer will print Exhibition Directory and send them to the government
departments, associations, visitors and other relevant people in this region.
The exhibitors should fax about 200 words of company introduction to the
organizer, which will be printed in the Exhibition Directory free of
charge.

●Exhibition activities：
Product presentation、Trade negotiation、know-how exchange、forum。All exhibitors can request for technical exchange
meeting.
Fee for each of such meetings is 1,500 USD for two hours(Meeting up
to 2 hours will be charged for one meeting service）.
●Professional Audience Organization and Wide Propaganda
▲To invite the exhibitor and visitor, 300 thousand
tickets will be published to send to internal and external companies and related
association and professional
exhibition.
