清河污水处理厂总服务人口约81.4万，厂区总占地面积30.1公顷。总处理规模为40万m3/d。一期工程处理能力20万m3/d，总投资4.42亿元人民币，其中使用瑞典政府贷款折合人民币8300万元，2002年9月建成通水。二期工程处理能力20万m3/d，总投资2.75亿元，2004年12月建成通水。
清河污水处理厂一期采用倒置A2/O工艺，二期采用A2/O工艺，均具有脱氮除磷功能。为减少占地，设计上无初沉池和浓缩池，增设化学除磷池。处理厂的主要设施包括：进水泵房、曝气沉砂池、生化反应池、沉淀池、鼓风机房、脱水机房等。
清河污水处理厂建成后，还将筹建一座日产8万立方米再生水深度加工厂，为奥运公园提供补充水源。
Qinghe Wastewater Treatment Plant
Introduction
Qinghe Wastewater Treatment Plant takes up a
30.1-hectare building area and serves a population of 814,000 within the scope
of 159.42 square kilometers. Qinghe waste water treatment plant locates on the
north bank of Qinghe river-Mafang village which is on the east of Qinghe town.
The planned capacity is 400,000m3/d. The first-stage project is capable of
treating 200,000m3/d with the total investment of ¥442,000,000 including
¥8,300,000 of loan from Sweden government, completed in sep. 2002. The
second-stage project completed in Dec 2004 with the capacity of 200,000 m3/d and
total investment of ¥275,000,000.
The inverse A/A/O and A/A/O process are
introduced respectively in the different stage, and these two processes have the
function of removing phosphorous. To economize the land for building, the first
sedimentation tank and the concentration tank are omitted from the process,
meanwhile the phosphorous removal station is added. The main facilities of the
plant includes: inlet pumping station, aerated grit chamber, biochemical
reaction tank, sedimentation tank, air blower room and sludge dewatering
room.
A water reclamation plant with the membrane treatment scale of 80,000
m3/d will be bulit in 2006, and reclaimed water will supplement water for
Olympic Garden.
